| Insurance & Billing Information
We accept a wide array of state funded health plans for
pre-qualified individuals, as well as MasterCard, Visa and payment by
check for our direct bill customers. Coverage could be provided by
private health policies if Special or Para Transit is
listed as a covered service within the policy. The experts in our
business office will help determine which payment type you qualify
for, and if any preauthorization's are required.
Unfortunately we are not able to post rates at this time due to the
continual changes at the gas pump. When prices show signs of stabilizing,
rates will be available online. For more information on direct
billing, credit terms and rates please call our office.
Direct Billing (Private Pay)
Direct billing is offered to our customers that are not eligible
for other types of insurance or state funded programs. Your invoice
will be sent to you about 7 days from the date of service and payment
is requested within 5 days after your invoice is received. Monthly
statements of your account will arrive the first week of each month.
We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa and personal checks for payment on
your account.
Medicaid & Prepaid Health Plan's
We are contracted with many state funded health care programs and
each has their own set of pre-qualifications and other coverage
restrictions. Please contact our Office Manager for more information
related to your specific health plan.
